We wanted to let everyone know that we've made an effort to provide our valued customer's with superior customer service here at 3dcart. Like all growing companies, we often get faced with challenges and pains as we grow. It was not too long ago that some of our customers were disappointed with the service and support they received from 3dcart. You told us, and we listened.
In just the past year, we've gone from "needs improvement" to "very good" on our customer service levels. We've implemented many checks and balances. We've implemented new training programs, and new customer surveys. Henry Suarez is in charge of Training and Quality Control and we've also introduced Fernando Panjoj - our Chief Customer Officer to our team.
We're proud of the strides we've made. Of course we're not perfect, but we've turned the corner, and we're here and committed to bring a bigger and better 3dcart experience your way. We wanted to share with you some of the awesome survey results we received in November.

I am a new customer to 3dCart and I must say that I am very impressed with your customer service. I would like to specifically acknowledge Marvin and Ernie from service support who have both been extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding my site design and learning the various functions. I also love the fact that support is available 24/7 and a response is received quickly. I have had a website with another builder in the past and so far I am very glad I switched.
