The State Board of Equalization (SBE) just announced that retailers from Lake Tahoe to the San Francisco Bay Area, and from the coastal cities of Southern California to Lake Perris, will be receiving letters from the SBE notifying them about upcoming visits from Statewide Compliance and Outreach Program (SCOP) teams.
The SCOP visits are intended to educate retailers about properly reporting sales and use tax, increase compliance with tax laws, and maintain outreach efforts to assure taxpayers that the state’s tax system is fair and equal for all Californians. Like all growing companies, we often get faced with challenges and pains as we grow. It was not too long ago that some of our customers were disappointed with the service and support they received from 3dcart. You told us, and we listened.
In just the past year, we’ve gone from “needs improvement” to “very good” on our customer service levels. We’ve implemented many checks and balances. We’ve implemented new training programs, and new customer surveys. Henry Suarez is in charge of Training and Quality Control and we’ve also introduced Fernando Panjoj – our Chief Customer Officer to our team.
