Customer Service Is Our Top Priority

Henry (seated) and Fernando (standing) work to resolve a customer issue.

We wanted to let everyone know that we’ve made an effort to provide our valued customer’s with superior customer service here at 3dcart.  Like all growing companies, we often get faced with challenges and pains as we grow.  It was not too long ago that some of our customers were disappointed with the service and support they received from 3dcart.  You told us, and we listened.

In just the past year, we’ve gone from “needs improvement” to “very good” on our customer service levels.  We’ve implemented many checks and balances.  We’ve implemented new training programs, and new customer surveys.  Henry Suarez is in charge of Training and Quality Control and we’ve also introduced Fernando Panjoj – our Chief Customer Officer to our team.

We’re proud of the strides we’ve made.  Of course we’re not perfect, but we’ve turned the corner, and we’re here and committed to bring a bigger and better 3dcart experience your way.  We wanted to share with you some of the awesome survey results we received in November.

I am very satisfied with your support. Everytime I had a question you answered it no problem. Thank you so much!!

Every interaction I’ve had with your support team has just been great. You’re hiring some really good people over there.

WOW! Now that’s customer service! I submitted at 1:13 a.m. and had an answer almost immediately! Thank you sooooooooooooo much!

The BEST! Company cares about its product and customers – and it shows.

I think you are improving overall, you have come a long ways from a few years ago when your tech support was virtually not existent…or at least it seemed that way.

I am a new customer to 3dCart and I must say that I am very impressed with your customer service. I would like to specifically acknowledge Marvin and Ernie from service support who have both been extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding my site design and learning the various functions. I also love the fact that support is available 24/7 and a response is received quickly. I have had a website with another builder in the past and so far I am very glad I switched. I hope that I will continue to have a great working relationship with your staff.

So if you receive a survey from 3dcart, please fill it out.  We want to know about your experience.  Now get selling!  Your friends at 3dcart are here for you when you need us.

3dcart Support is Growing and Improving

Gideon

Customers of 3dcart experience the latest innovations in e-commerce platform technology. Since 3dcart hit its rapid growth, the customer base is continuously growing. Along with the rapid growth, we are expanding and improving the technical support department.

Our tech support strives to provide our costumer’s with quality service and aid merchants with their websites, making sure they’re sites are operating effectively and efficiently. We want 3Dcart’s clients to be completely satisfied with their experience. In order to provide the utmost satisfactory costumer service, our tech support managers put together a selective hiring process. We start by hiring the best tech ninjas out there. Then we expand their skill sets through a thorough training program.

The 3dcart tech support Managers hire agents who have technical experience and excellent communication skills. Once hired, the agents go through an evaluation process. Newly hired agents learn

Fulani

from the best. A mentor is assigned to a new agent and is guided through the support process. The mentors are considered to be masters of technical support. Agents who are chosen as mentors usually have the highest costumer service ratings and have been with the company for a very long time.

Ted

When the mentor period is over, quality and assurance is taken place. Here is where the agents are provided with feedback and their skill sets are assessed. We evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Whether an agent can type at super light speed or sweet talk a costumer with excellent communication skills, we put their best attributes forward.

We continue to improve the technical support process by listening to our costumer’s feedback. We take our clients’ feedback very seriously. At 3Dcart we are very critical about ourselves and continue to find ways to improve our services.

Melissa Frias Joins 3dcart Marketing Team

The 3dcart Marketing team is proud to announce its newest member, Melissa Frias. With more than five years of online marketing experience, Melissa brings a new dynamic to 3dcart’s team of expert team of search engine optimization, pay per click and social media marketing. Melissa’s background in analysis-based marketing strategies will help bolster 3dcart’s online marketing service offerings and bring a new dynamic to its expanding list of clients.

Melissa considers herself “very analytical” and finds this to be her greatest strength in SEO, which requires endless research and reporting. Her career in SEO began with an internship in which she spearheaded a grassroots marketing campaign for an online apparel shop. There, Melissa did extensive research on search engine signals and implemented SEO strategies to gauge their effect on the site’s rankings. The results: Melissa was hooked on SEO (oh, and the site performed much better in search results, too). Melissa holds a Communications degree from Florida Atlantic University but continues to study SEO best practices as she considers it an “evolving” field.

Since her initial experiments with SEO, Melissa has gone on to work as an in-house SEO for an online boutique shop and as as an SEO strategist for a full-service marketing agency in which she performed high-end SEO services to personal injury lawyers in a very competitive keyword space.

In her spare time, Melissa likes to read and learn about the world of fashion, which comes in especially handy when blogging and doing social media for clients whose markets revolve around apparel and accessories.

Melissa now looks forward to taking on the new challenge of SEO and PPC in ecommerce, and is excited about working for a company whose team environment “nurtures a camaraderie and dialogue which ultimately helps improve clients’sites.”

3dcart Introduces FraudWatch to Help Merchants Avoid Fraudulent Transactions

Fraud cost merchants more than $102 billion in 2011. It was the third year in a row with more than 300,000 online fraud complaints filed — a 3.4-percent increase. The adjusted dollar loss of internet fraud complaints last year was $485.3 million.

The fact is, online merchants everywhere are at risk of fraud. But falling victim to fraud doesn’t have to happen to your store because 3dcart merchants now have the ability to evaluate orders as they come in and curb fraud before it happens, potentially saving your store lost revenue.

Introducing FraudWatch, an easy way to:

  • Identify potential fraud before you process orders
  • Minimize risk and loss by assessing the threat level of transactions
  • Display positive or negative fraud history based on reported information
  • Report suspicious transactions to warn other vendors

How do we do it?  Well, FraudWatch scores purchases based on 12 indicators, including reviews based on experiences within the 3dcart community.
Additionally, FraudWatch categorizes and scores risk to gain a better view of your purchases and keep your store safe.

Data points associated with each purchase like the IP address, mailing address, bank identification, etc., are measured in real-time based on past usage, and using an algorithm that weighs this data, FraudWatch calculates a risk score.

Scores that pass muster on the FraudWatch chart are identified as “green” transactions and are considered safe. “Yellow” scores show that some data points are potentially fraudulent but the transaction may otherwise be safe.
A “red” classification represents a high-risk purchase and suggests careful consideration before fulfilling the order.

Scores then are posted in your 3dcart order management dashboard next to each specific order. Opening a score also shows you if a store manager within the 3dcart community has flagged the customer.

3dcart customers get 10 free scores per month through FraudWatch but you can use your store manager to upgrade your FraudWatch account to a premium service level for additional fraud checks per month.

Sign up today to get up to 10 free fraud checks per month. Just log in to your 3dcart Store Manager now to get started.
